Beverley Fleischer

I have been a realtor for over 30 years, working for an agency in South Africa at first, and then opening my own small brokerage in Johannesburg. I emigrated to Toronto in 1998, and worked to get licensed immediately. I then started my Canadian real estate career, working well with buyers and sellers and have helped many clients relocate to Toronto and surrounding areas. I also have many first time buyers which is very exciting being involved in the process during and after the sale of a property. I have a good team of lawyers, building inspectors, and mortgage brokers should my clients need their services. I have strong negotiating skills, and I strive to make the whole experience stress free and comfortable for everyone involved.
